Arch Amenities is seeking an organized, hospitality-driven Event Manager to oversee private events, tenant events, and special programming. This role serves as the on-site point of contact during events and is responsible for ensuring all event details are executed according to the Banquet Event Order, venue policies, building standards, and client expectations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing clients, vendors, security, bar staff, and event-day logistics. Key Responsibilities Review Banquet Event Orders prior to each event and confirm setup, timeline, vendor arrivals, bar details, guest count, and special instructions. Hold a pre-production meeting with event staff prior to each event to align on event details, timeline, service expectations, and team responsibilities. Complete pre-event walkthroughs to ensure the Sky Lounge and service areas are clean, set, and guest-ready. Coordinate vendor arrivals, check-in, building access, parking validations, and approved staging areas. Serve as the main on-site contact for clients, planners, vendors, security, bar staff, and internal team members. Introduce the event team to the client or point of contact and review key event details, including timeline, bar package, last call, and event end time. Monitor guest check-in, event flow, bar service, vendor activity, and overall guest experience throughout the event. Ensure venue and building policies are followed, including alcohol service, glassware restrictions, restricted access areas, fire exits, smoking/vaping rules, terrace use, and noise ordinance requirements. Assist with event support and coordination as needed Conduct last call and manage bar closure and event conclusion in a professional and timely manner. Complete post-event walkthroughs to confirm vendor cleanup, space reset, trash removal, signage storage, and furniture placement. Document any damage, policy issues, or operational concerns with photos and notes. Complete a brief event recap with the team and communicate any follow-up items.Qualifications:
Previous experience in event management, venue operations, hospitality, catering, restaurants, or hotels preferred. Strong communication, organization, and client service skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced event environment. Comfortable giving direction to vendors, staff, security, and guests when needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow event timelines, procedures, and venue policies. Evening and weekend availability required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with light event setup and breakdown.
