Job Summary（岗位概述） The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for coordinating warehouse inventory, assisting with location planning, and supporting dispatch operations to ensure efficient warehouse workflow. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate in both Chinese and English. 仓库助理主要负责仓库内部货物协调、库位安排以及协助调度工作，确保仓库运作高效顺畅。该岗位需要细心、具备基础电脑操作能力，并能够使用中英文进行基本沟通。 Key Responsibilities（岗位职责） Coordinate inbound and outbound goods within the warehouse 协调仓库内收货与发货流程 Assist in planning and assigning warehouse locations for inventory 协助进行库位规划与货物摆放安排 Monitor inventory placement to ensure proper organization and efficiency 跟进货物摆放情况，确保仓库整齐有序 Support dispatch team in scheduling and operational coordination 协助调度团队完成日常安排及协调工作 Communicate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations 与仓库员工及相关部门沟通，确保流程顺畅 Perform basic data entry and update records in the system 进行基础数据录入及系统更新 Assist with other warehouse administrative or operational tasks as needed 根据需要协助其他仓库及行政相关工作 Qualifications（任职要求） Basic computer skills (Excel, system input, etc.) 熟练使用基础电脑操作（如Excel、系统录入等） Bilingual in Chinese and English (required) 需具备中英文沟通能力 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 做事细心，有良好的整理与执行能力 Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment 能适应仓库节奏较快的工作环境 Good communication skills and team collaboration ability 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 Preferred Qualifications（加分项） Previous warehouse or logistics experience 有仓库或物流相关经验优先 Familiar with WMS or inventory systems 熟悉WMS或库存系统者优先
