Must be a team player, with attention to detail, and highly organized & efficient.. We ship from our brand new 50,000 sf Headquarters & fulfillment center in Boerne, Texas.Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring that inventory is stored, organized, and transferred efficiently. This role involves coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate stock records, working with a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring that the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Additionally this role will also contribute to the pick and pack production process.Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts. perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory systems. Ensure that goods are properly stored, organized, and labeled within the warehouse. Maintain constant inventory replenishment for order picking. Picking and packing orders for e-commerce fulfilment Ensure accuracy at high volumesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. History of working in a warehouse environment. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Google Docs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as required. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which may include varying temperatures or noise levels.Work Environment:
The position is based in a warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to meet operational needs. Hours of Operation Monday- Thursday 7:30AM
- 4:30 PM Friday 7:30AM
- 3:30 PM Occasional Weekends
