Branch Manager Job Overview:
  • The yard associate is responsible for the upkeep and organization of the auction assets and auction yard.
The yard associate assists both seller and buyer customers with any concerns pertaining to physical auction assets or yard issues. A successful yard associate is personable, hardworking, customer oriented as well as company minded. The yard associate will be assisting customers with the assets daily and therefore are very important to the customer's positive experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Handling customer interactions in the yard.
  • Organizing the yard into sales categories.
  • Organizing assets according to size and abilities for sale day.
  • Keeping the assets running and in the best shape possible.
  • Ensuring assets are presented properly with correct marking according to the auction process.
  • Keepers of the keys.
  • Organizing the asset check-in area as assets arrive for the next auction.
  • Be available the Saturday of auction for customer & asset assistance.
  • Have the ability to operate construction & lifting equipment as well as commercial trucks and trailers.
  • Any other duty deemed necessary by management.
  • Light mechanical abilities.
Qualifications:
High School or GED equivalent Forklift Certified Preferred CDL A or B Preferred Bilingual Preferred Ability to walk in a non-paved, hot environment in all weather conditions and lift up to 70lbs
