Warehouse & Installation Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse & Installation Associate supports warehouse operations and assists with the preparation, handling, and installation of in-store displays, tradeshow exhibits, and company products. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are organized, shipments are accurate, and installations run smoothly.

Backup Coverage:

The Warehouse & Installation Associate supports the department and warehouse operations as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory and materials Pick, pack, and stage items for outbound shipments Support loading and unloading of trucks and deliveries Assist installers with assembling exhibit components, displays, and fixtures Help prepare materials and tools needed for installations Perform basic pre-show and post-show checks of exhibit materials Assist with receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned items Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Support team members with general warehouse and installation tasks as needed Willingness to work 40+ hours per week and weekends when necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or receiving environment preferred Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment Basic knowledge of tools and general construction concepts preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good verbal communication skills Willingness to learn installation processes and warehouse operations Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
