We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators/Loaders for a manufacturing facility in Brownwood, TX . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for temporary work with plenty of overtime available during the summer months .

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Overtime available and expected during peak production seasons Schedule This position works a rotating shift : Two weeks on

Days:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Two weeks on

Nights:

12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Applicants must be flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as production demands require. Job Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload materials as needed. Monitor production processes and complete basic computer data entry. Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures. Perform general housekeeping and assist with other production duties as assigned. Qualifications Basic computer experience required. Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working in outdoor environments in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Must be able to climb ladders and stairs safely. Must not be afraid of heights. Steel-toe boots are required. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential. Safety Requirements Must follow all company safety policies and procedures. Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
