AWH fulfills its mission by redistributing surplus medical products to organizations that provide healthcare services to underserved communities around the world. AWH has recently opened a brand-new warehouse in Austin, Texas , and is seeking a reliable, energetic Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, mission-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, organization, and being part of a collaborative warehouse environment.

Driver & Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)

Hours:

20 hours per week

Salary:

$17,000/year starting, up to $18,000/year based on experience

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities Drive a box truck for pickups and deliveries (prior experience required) Maintain a clean driving record and follow all safety procedures Assist with relocating materials within the warehouse Lift and move heavy boxes and pallets as needed Triage incoming donations and assist with inventory management Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing medical products Load and unload shipments and deliveries Work within existing inventory management systems Ensure accurate tracking and organization of all inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Prior experience driving a box truck required Ability to lift heavy boxes (20-40lbs or more) Strong attention to detail and highly organized Comfortable working within established systems and processes Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented attitude About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to join AWH at the very beginning of our Austin story.
