We make the stuff that makes your backyard: Check us out: https://www.backyardproducts.com Backyard Products is looking for qualified candidates for our Warehouse Clerk in Burleson, TX. Our National Installation Organization is one of the largest in the industry, with 33 branch locations throughout the country. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for: loading and unloading product and lumber, pulling kits for upcoming builds, and assisting with inventory and ensuring completeness of day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
(Other duties as assigned) Load and unload product using a forklift or other equipment. Loading builders and shop trucks accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory, schedules, adjustments, and tracking. Cut and prepare lumber using power tools such as; panel saw and chop saw for upcoming builds. Pulling orders and lumber with accuracy for upcoming builds. Communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and in written formats. Keeps warehouse area clean and organized.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Experience in warehouse responsibilities such as: loading and unload product using a forklift Familiarity with construction and/or building materials (Knowledge of the construction industry or installed services is preferred) Inventory Control Valid drivers' license Competitive total compensation package including health benefits, vacation time, and personal time Background check and drug screen required
Work Environment:
Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to inside environmental conditions and noise. Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk. Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds.
