Monday•Friday | 7:30 AM•4:30

PM Compensation:

$42,000•$45,000

Annual Salary Status:

Full-Time, Permanent Core Responsibilities As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage the flow of materials essential for full-cycle project management.

Your duties will include:

Inventory Management:

Receive, inspect, and check in incoming products to ensure accuracy against orders.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and stage flooring products for upcoming installations.

Tracking & Documentation:

Accurately track and record all units of materials handled within the warehouse management system.

Site Maintenance:

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure materials are ready for residential and commercial job sites.

Qualifications Forklift Expertise:

Prior professional experience operating forklifts is required.

Physical Capability:

Ability to handle a physical workload and manage heavy materials.

Professionalism:

A strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a high level of dependability.

Communication:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a significant plus.
