Warehouse Operative Now hiring a Warehouse Operative in Cleburne, TX . This is a shift-varied, up to $20/hour position in a fast-paced environment with potential for permanent placement after 90 days. Benefits Weekly pay Security code facility access About the Role We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Operative to support day-to-day warehouse operations in Cleburne, Texas . Reporting to the Manager , this role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, dispatching, and shipping parts while maintaining strong housekeeping and safety standards across the work area.

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour

Available Shift Times:

Monday

• Thursday, 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM
• 2:30 PM Key Responsibilities Follow safety policies and procedures at all times Manage goods inwards, verify paperwork, and assess quality Stock management and proper storage Pick and dispatch goods accurately for fabrication, site, or spares Maintain 5S standards and suggest improvements Ensure equipment safety and proper setup Assist routine stock counts and monitor stock levels Coordinate with couriers for shipping orders Key Requirements Qualification in Warehousing/Stores preferred Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar role Experience with aisle master or Bendi trucks desirable Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team Available for flexible hours Must have access to reliable transportation Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
