Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution environment! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management. Responsibilities Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and care Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents Stock shelves and organize products within the warehouse to optimize space utilization and accessibility Assist with order picking and fulfillment using order pickers and RF scanners to ensure timely delivery Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Required The ability to read, write and communicate effectively Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend and move throughout the day Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Preferred Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 or similar platforms Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and stock replenishment Proficiency in using RF scanners, pallet jacks, load & unload equipment, and other warehouse tools Strong attention to detail (to be considered for this role include the word "Ranch" as the subject of your email) , organizational skills, and commitment to safety standards.
