Job Description

The HT Group has an industrial products distribution client in Corpus Christi, TX looking for a Warehouse Associate who is dependable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined to support daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping, local deliveries, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming products, verify shipments, stock inventory, and maintain accurate inventory records. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while ensuring quality and order accuracy. Coordinate outbound shipments and carriers to support timely customer deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist walk-in and will-call customers with order fulfillment and provide professional customer service. Complete local customer deliveries using a company vehicle. Support vendor-managed inventory (VMI), including stocking and replenishing products at customer locations. Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams to support daily operations. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, processes, and overall efficiency.
Requirements:
5+ years of warehouse operations or inventory control experience. High school diploma, GED, two-year degree, or technical degree. Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory and order accuracy. Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new products, equipment, and systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn business software. Valid Texas driver's license with a strong driving record. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally handle up to 75 lbs. with assistance. Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, instrumentation, fluid systems, oil and gas, semiconductor, or a related industry preferred.
