Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that ensure smooth production flow. Your energetic approach and attention to safety standards will help maintain a productive, safe, and efficient work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing while contributing to high-quality product output. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, assembly, and disassembly of manufacturing equipment and workstations Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, supplies, and finished products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in compliance with safety standards Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to ensure safety for yourself and others Support the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to uphold product quality and safety standards Follow established safety protocols during all tasks, including proper use of tools and machinery Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and effectively Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and troubleshooting Prior experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, often involving lifting over 50 pounds repeatedly Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and GMP compliance Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs Join us in a fast-paced environment where your effort directly contributes to delivering top-quality products!
