About Us Independence Valve is a trusted valve manufacturer and distributor serving the marine industries. We pride ourselves on quality products, fast service, and a reliable team. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our growing operation. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate will assist with day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, shipping, and material handling. This position requires someone who can operate (or is willing to learn to operate) forklifts and material-handling equipment, drive a company pickup truck, and pull a trailer safely. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load freight trucks safely and efficiently Operate or learn to operate warehouse forklifts and pallet jacks Drive company pickup trucks and pull trailers as needed Stock shelves with valve parts and components Pull orders accurately based on packing lists or pick tickets Prepare, package, and ship orders (LTL, UPS, FedEx, local deliveries) Maintain a clean, organized warehouse Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and basic inventory management Assist with general shop/warehouse tasks as needed
