Position Summary We are looking for dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This position involves a variety of general labor duties, and responsibilities may change based on business needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, performing physical work, and assisting wherever needed. Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials, products, and equipment Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment Assist with receiving and shipping activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform general warehouse and labor duties as assigned Follow company safety procedures and instructions Work as part of a team to meet daily production and warehouse goals Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Assist with other duties as needed based on warehouse operations Requirements Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing work assignments Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, noise, dust, or other conditions Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position Preferred Skills Warehouse or distribution experience Forklift experience/certification Shipping and receiving experience Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment Basic inventory or scanning experience Why choose KFI Staffing? ✅ Competitive pay opportunities ✅ Weekly pay ✅ Fast hiring process ✅ Housing and Transportation Assistance
