You'll work hands-on with rental and heavy equipment—loading and unloading, cleaning and inspecting machines, and making sure equipment is where it needs to be. This is a great opportunity to learn our equipment and our business from the ground up. Do well here, and you can build toward opportunities in service, driving, inside sales, outside sales, and other areas of SitePro. What You'll Do Keep equipment moving. Load and unload equipment, attachments, batteries, and chargers while helping coordinate incoming and outgoing machines. Make sure it's ready. Clean, inspect, tag, and stage new, used, and rental equipment, checking important safety items before equipment goes out to a customer. Keep the yard organized and safe. Maintain clean docks, warehouse floors, aisles, equipment areas, and grounds while completing basic maintenance and safety checks. Support the team and our customers. Work with branch leaders to keep inventory and delivery information accurate and help customers receive the right equipment safely and efficiently. What You'll Bring A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. A strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs you. Customer service, warehouse, yard, or similar hands-on experience; general equipment knowledge is helpful but not required. The ability to safely operate equipment and handle a physical workday that includes frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
