Job Description

Material Associate (No Forklift) -

West El Paso, TX Pay Rate:

$16.75 per hour Schneider Electric is seeking dependable Material Associates to support warehouse and production operations in West El Paso, TX. This position does not require forklift operation and focuses on material movement, inventory support, and maintaining an efficient workflow throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

Move and stage materials manually within the warehouse and production areas. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and customer orders. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
