In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our production process, supporting various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations. Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will contribute to a safe, productive, and positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing and assembly while working alongside a dedicated team committed to quality and excellence. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools. Support assembly line activities by preparing materials, assembling components, and inspecting finished products for quality standards. Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods, or supplies within the factory or warehouse area. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including warehouses and manufacturing floors. Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure timely completion of tasks. Perform routine mechanical checks on machinery and assist with basic repairs as needed. Requirements Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment safely. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous. Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management is a plus. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
