Contract-Possible hire Job Summary Our outbound department is seeking three reliable and hardworking individuals to support warehouse operations. This role focuses on picking, palletizing, and preparing paint products for shipment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and palletize paint products, including quarts, gallons, pails, and miscellaneous items Accurately follow pick lists and work instructions Operate RF Scanners to track inventory and order fulfillment Safely operate a walkie rider pallet jack Ensure products are properly stacked, wrapped, and secured for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Requirements Ability to lift and move products ranging from under 10 lbs up to 70 lbs Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks preferred Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Previous warehouse or outbound experience is a plus Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift PPE required at all times COM187 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
