Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently seeking 1st
  • Shift Cherry Picker Operators in Grapevine, TX. Monday
  • Friday 5 am
  • finish 7 am
  • finish Weekly Pay!
Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks to move materials and products within the warehouse. Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate placement and organization of goods. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Adhere to all safety protocols while operating heavy machinery in compliance with company policies. Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing items for dispatch and verifying incoming shipments.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including forklifts such as reach and cherry pickers. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, with a focus on safety practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors. A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
