Jobsite Delivery Driver /

Warehouse & Office Assistant Position:

Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Harlingen, Texas Work setting: In person only Job Overview We are looking for a dependable employee to make local jobsite deliveries, assist the warehouse, and front desk. Applicants must be comfortable switching between these duties throughout the day. Schedule and Attendance Requirements Reliable attendance is essential for this position. You must report to work by 7 a.m. every Monday through Friday. Regular, on-time attendance is required. You must have reliable transportation to and from work. You must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Please apply only if you can consistently work the complete schedule listed above. Responsibilities Load, secure, and deliver materials to local jobsites. Drive safely and follow all traffic laws. Inspect the delivery vehicle daily and report any problems. Maintain accurate delivery records. Clean and help organize the warehouse. Help maintain accurate warehouse inventory. Answer front-desk phone calls and take accurate messages in both English and Spanish. Greet and assist customers professionally. Help office staff with basic administrative tasks. Complete other related duties as needed. Qualifications Valid Texas driver's license. Clean driving record. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, including the ability to communicate professionally with customers by phone and in person. Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Familiarity with Harlingen and surrounding Rio Grande Valley roads. Ability to answer phones and record information accurately. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Ability to follow directions and work independently. Willingness to perform driving, warehouse, and office duties as assigned.
