Job Description
Office/Warehouse staff Hereford, TX We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support daily operations across office and warehouse functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork, and customer service matter. Responsibilities Assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day business needs Receive, organize, label, and track incoming and outgoing inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution Maintain accurate records in inventory, shipping, and office systems Support filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties as needed Communicate with team members, vendors, and customers in a professional manner Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in both office and warehouse areas Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or operational concerns Assist with periodic inventory counts and other operational projects Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in office support, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or a related environment is helpful Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of common office software Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfort working in a role that includes both office and warehouse responsibilities Preferred Skills Experience with inventory systems, shipping software, or ERP platforms Familiarity with common warehouse equipment and procedures Prior experience handling customer inquiries or internal support requests Strong organizational habits and a proactive approach to problem-solving Work Environment This position may involve a combination of desk-based administrative work and physical warehouse tasks. Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and moving between work areas throughout the day.
