Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate/Driver and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution environment! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, from inventory management to order fulfillment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, shipping and receiving, and logistics processes while working in a vibrant, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the facility. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against packing lists, inspecting goods for damage, and documenting inbound/outbound deliveries. Support order fulfillment processes by utilizing basic math skills for quantity calculations and ensuring correct items are picked for each order. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular inspections. Load and unload containers. Drive a box truck to make deliveries in and out of state. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners confidently; certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory stocking techniques. Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Should have a Drivers License. Speak Spanish.
