Warehouse Associate

Overview We are a stone tools and abrasives company looking for a responsible, friendly, and outgoing Bilingual Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This position requires English and Spanish communication skills, forklift operation experience, and the ability to help with daily warehouse operations, inventory, customer orders, and basic customer service. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing freight. Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access. Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems like AS400. Support warehouse distribution operations by loading/unloading trucks, preparing packaging materials, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes within an e-commerce or distribution setting. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities accurately. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices for load & unload operations.

Pay:

$100.00 - $150.00 per day
