Houston, Texas Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible for dental, vision, and medical insurance, 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and moving commercial kitchen equipment within our client's warehouse. This role ensures timely processing of orders, maintains inventory accuracy, and operates warehouse equipment safely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to team collaboration. Responsibilities Receive incoming cargo by off-loading items from trucks/containers Pull, prepare, and stage equipment for outgoing orders using pallet, truck, or forklift Weigh, label, and prepare items for shipment Conduct periodic inventory and assist in maintaining inventory levels Maintain clean, organized warehouse and complete operational paperwork Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of forklift experience Ability to use a scan gun; OSHA certification preferred Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to lift/move up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure

Compensation Note:
The base pay range for this position is $18.00/ hr excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
