Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently. Manage warehouse distribution processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels and order statuses. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments, inspecting goods for damage, and updating inventory records. Stock shelves and storage areas systematically for easy access during order fulfillment. Support e-commerce order processing by efficiently handling online orders through picking & packing procedures aligned with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols during load & unload operations and routine inspections. Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Valid forklift certification and experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and MRP software for inventory control. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment techniques. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing load & unload activities safely.
