Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a General Laborer for a Warehouse in Jacksonville. As a Laborer, this role is responsible for handling recyclable materials, maintaining organized inventory and processing areas, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and RF scanners to safely move, sort, and organize recyclable materials and inventory. Assist with receiving, sorting, staging, and processing recyclable products and materials according to company procedures. Support order picking, packing, and shipment preparation to ensure accurate and timely outbound deliveries. Load and unload trucks while verifying quantities and documenting incoming and outgoing materials. Maintain organized warehouse storage areas, pallets, bins, and recycling stations. Inspect incoming recyclable materials for quality, contamination, or damage. Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and recycling procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment to support efficient recycling and distribution operations. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives. Qualifications Previous warehouse, recycling, industrial, or operations experience preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Experience operating forklifts, loaders, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment while maintaining safety standards. Basic computer and inventory management system knowledge preferred.
