Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and play a vital role in supporting daily operations across various construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects.
This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to important tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently. As a General Laborer, you'll perform a wide range of physical duties, assist skilled tradespeople, and ensure work sites are safe, organized, and productive. Your proactive attitude and strong work ethic will help us achieve our goals while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the work site Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies or safety barriers Support skilled workers by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform general site cleanup to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required Help with inventory management by counting supplies and reporting shortages or damages Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining workflow continuity Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and practices Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as neededJoin us in this energetic role where your effort directly contributes to successful project completion!
