Responsibilities:
Outbound Order Processing, Product Inspection & Quality Control, Shipping & Documentation, Carrier & Shipment Coordination, Inventory & Warehouse Operations Duties Operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse. Execute order picking and packing with precision using barcode scanning for logistics accuracy. Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks and updates in warehouse management systems (WMS). Ensure proper manual handling techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all materials handling activities. Prepare shipments by packing products securely, verifying order accuracy, and labeling items according to shipping protocols. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and heavy lifting guidelines. Conduct quality control checks on outbound orders to confirm completeness and accuracy before dispatching. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse distribution area to promote safety and efficiency. Use RF scanners and inventory management systems to track stock movements and update records in real-time. Follow safety procedures diligently during all warehouse operations, including operating material handling equipment safely. Experience Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with hands-on operation of heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks. Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems. Prior experience in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, or distribution centers is highly desirable. Familiarity with barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes. Strong manual handling skills with an understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting and material handling equipment operation. Warehouse supervisor experience or similar leadership roles are a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities.
