Job Description
Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Associate in our Lancaster, TX warehouse. This position can potentially lead to training and development to obtain a CDL and transition to a Delivery Driver for our restaurants located in Texas (Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston regions). General Responsibilities Order pulling on a routine basis: Moving food items from storage areas to the shipping pallet Physically pull orders from shelves and load them onto forklifts Transport packed items onto the shipping pallet; assist in loading onto the delivery truck Receiving and entering all paperwork into the computer, such as invoices, production sheets and inter-store Reviewing daily delivery reports and report any discrepancies Making special deliveries to the In-N-Out stores using a company vehicle, van or refrigerated Bobtail truck Work Schedule + Benefits Full-time, Hourly, Benefits Rotating schedule, hours are: 11:00am - 9:30pm Department needs may require working an adjusted schedule and / or overtime hours Weekend and holiday availability required Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance Free meals on workdays

Job Requirements:
Valid non-commercial Texas driver's license (required) High school diploma or GED (required) A minimum of one (1) year experience as an Order Puller Ability to lift 60-75 lbs. on a continuous basis Demonstrated ability to perform at a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; proficiency in PowerPoint a plus Exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and outside organizations Represent the company in a positive and professional manner ABOUT In-N-Out BurgerIn-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, and remains privately owned and operated.
