Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse processes, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately track inventory, process shipments, and update stock records Perform order picking, packing, and fulfillment tasks with precision to ensure timely delivery of customer orders, including e-commerce packages Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products according to warehouse distribution standards and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound/outbound shipments, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and preparing items for dispatch Use basic math skills to count stock, calculate quantities, and verify order accuracy during picking and packing processes. Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment techniques Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for inventory counts and order processing Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy items safely and stand or walk for extended periods Attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining safety standards in all warehouse activities Join us in creating an efficient, safe, and energized warehouse environment where your contributions make a real impact!
