Warehouse Auditor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ø 1. Receives Loading Orders from warehouse personnel for auditing prior to loading. Ø 2. Ensures that warehouse personnel separate the material listed on the loading order. Ø 3. Ensures that warehouse personnel apply color-coded labels identifying the material belonging to the loading order. Ø 4. Ensures that warehouse personnel scan the reference labels placed on the material until the entries listed on the loading order are completed. Ø 5. Verifies that the pallets have the Fumigation Treatment Seal required for crossing. Ø 6. You must perform a visual inspection of the material previously separated by the warehouse staff and ensure that all entries listed on the loading order are correct. Ø 7. If you find discrepancies, you must report them to the team leader or warehouse supervisor so that a correction can be made. They have the authority to stop the import until the material to be imported is correct. Ø 8. Before starting the load, you must verify that the trailer box number specified in the loading order matches the identification number on the trailer box. If they do not match, you must return the loading order to the traffic area for correction. Ø 9. Place the load order at the door (dock) where the material to be imported will be loaded and validate that all the material corresponding to the order is loaded onto the truck until the entire load is completed. Ø 10. Once loading is complete, you must sign the loading order as evidence of the audit, along with the warehouse staff. The order must have two signatures and must be delivered to the Dispatch area for dispatch. Ø 11. At the end of the day, you must complete a form , listing all loads for the day and any discrepancies found. Ø 12. Ensure that the forklift operator does not load materials without first placing skids, chocks, and chains on the dock.
