• Job Description
• Join a dynamic team in a company that builds and services carwashes as a Picker/Packer in our distribution center. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing the picking and packing of parts.
• Responsibilities
• + Pull parts in accordance with SKU numbers. + Engage in picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counts. + Repackage parts and return them to the warehouse. + Pay close attention to detail to ensure the correct parts are pulled and stored. + Receive products, use an RF scanner, and handle putaway tasks. + Receive training to operate a stand-up forklift if not already experienced.
• Essential Skills
• + Experience in picking, packing, order picking, and packaging. + Skills in material handling, shipping, and receiving. + Proficiency in using an RF scanner. + Experience in loading and unloading.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Forklift experience preferred but not required.

• Work Environment
• Work in a non-climate-controlled yet very clean and organized warehouse. You will be part of a smaller team, currently consisting of around 20-25 individuals, with plans to expand to 35. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexible start and end times ranging from as early as 7 a.m. to as late as 6 p.m.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
