We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and learn every aspect of the amusement business. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker / Technician Trainee who is eager to learn the amusement industry from the ground up. This position involves warehouse responsibilities, assisting with equipment handling, and hands-on technician training in the field servicing games at customer locations. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, common sense, and a willingness to solve problems as they arise. Responsibilities Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, and equipment preparation Load, unload, move, and transport amusement equipment safely Help install, maintain, and service games at bar and entertainment locations Learn technician skills through hands-on field training Troubleshoot and help solve equipment issues when problems arise Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas Provide excellent customer service to business owners and customers Communicate effectively with team members and management Adapt to new challenges and assist wherever needed in daily operations Qualifications Strong interest in learning technical/mechanical skills and the amusement business Eager to learn and grow within a family-owned company Good communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to use common sense and problem-solving skills in new situations Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working both in a warehouse environment and in the field Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to commute to the warehouse and job locations Mechanical or technical experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person What We're Looking For We want someone who is hungry to learn , dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in the amusement industry.
