Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel Step into a dynamic hospital environment where your expertise in physical therapy can make a significant impact on patient recovery and quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, your clinical skill, compassion, and drive for results will be vital in supporting patients through all stages of rehabilitation.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Valid Physical Therapist license (PT) in the state of Texas Experience working in a hospital setting preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Ability to assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities Collaborative approach in working with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals Willingness to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for hospital inpatients Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises Document clinical assessments, goals, and outcomes in compliance with hospital policies Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices in patient care
