Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable General Labor Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a hands-on warehouse and production environment in Littlefield, TX. This role supports seed processing operations, including counting, treating, bagging, packaging, inventory, equipment operation, and general plant support. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy physical work, mechanical tasks, and being part of a safety-focused team. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor seed processing, packaging, and warehouse equipment.
- Assist with seed counting, treating, bagging, packaging, and inventory activities.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor equipment repairs as needed.
- Move, stack, and handle 50 lb bags safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety procedures.
- Support daily production goals and remain flexible to work beyond the scheduled shift when needed. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$19 per hour.Schedule:
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
Location:
Littlefield, TX 79339. Required Qualifications and Skills- Operate and monitor seed processing and warehouse equipment.
- Support bagging, packaging, inventory, and cleanup activities.
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to an efficient production workflow.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Mechanical skills and comfort working with production or warehouse equipment.
- Ability to safely handle and lift 50 lb bags.
- Manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or mechanical experience is helpful for success in this role.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and stay productive in a physical work environment.
- Must be flexible to stay past the scheduled shift end when needed.
- Medical clearance and drug screening required. Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures preferred.
- Previous experience in seed processing, packaging, plant operations, or production environments preferred.
