Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company continues to expand Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Occasional overtime as needed What Youll Do Pull, stage, and load parts, tools, and materials for HVAC construction projects and service calls Load delivery trucks accurately for daily job site deliveries Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts Make local deliveries using company vehicles as needed Communicate with field crews to ensure jobs are properly supplied What Were Looking For Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record Prior warehouse experience (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction preferred) Prior manager experience a plus Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment Experience handling materials, freight, and job-site supplies Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Inventory or cycle count experience is a plus Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience is a plus (not required) About East Texas Refrigeration (ETR) East Texas Refrigeration (ETR) has been a trusted name in residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration services in Longview and the surrounding East Texas area for decades.
