We are an expanding land clearing, metal retail, and custom fabrication shop looking to hire a Laborer willing to take on various tasks. You will be trained in any skills required to complete the day's job. If you want to expand your skill set, gain valuable construction experience and work hard, this is the job for you! Applicants must be able to diligently and responsibly perform assigned tasks. No experience is required, but experience in construction and/or landscaping is a plus. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic. Job duties include but are not limited to: Yard clean up and organization of metal supplies Basic math skills and ability to use a measuring tape to assure accuracy for correct measurements needed while assisting with metal-cutting orders. Assist with metal orders, keeping orders organized and together for a quicker and smoother pickup process. Quickly assist customers with loading orders at pickup. Assist welders and shop leads with various tasks Light construction Equipment cleaning and maintenance Project cleanup Occasional Painting Hand work with shovels Lopping Weed eating and using chainsaws Mixing concrete for post holes and more!

Requirements and Qualifications:

Full-time, flexible schedule Must be over 18 years of age Ability to lift over 50 lbs Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively Forklift operation skills are a plus Valid driver's license required Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
