• :•We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers and Freight, Stock, and Material Movers.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and the efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading:

• Efficiently load and unload materials, products, and equipment from trucks, containers, and shelves. Ensure items are transported safely to avoid damage.

• Material Handling:

• Move materials within the facility using appropriate handling equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, or pallet jacks. Organize and store items in designated locations.

• Inventory Management:

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by counting and recording stock items as directed. Report discrepancies and ensure inventory is accessible for order fulfillment.

• Facility Maintenance:

• Keep work areas clean and organized. Assist in maintaining equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.

• Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. Use personal protective equipment when necessary and follow best practices to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations. Communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that arise.

• Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina:

• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
