is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team in McAllen, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or continue a career in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering results. No extensive warehouse experience is required. We provide training and opportunities to learn multiple operational processes within our distribution center. The role is based on the Warehouse Associate responsibilities described in our internal job profile, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control. Responsibilities As a Warehouse Associate, you will help support daily warehouse operations by: Receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise Storing products accurately and safely Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders Loading and unloading shipments Supporting inventory counts and inventory accuracy Using warehouse technology such as RF scanners and inventory systems Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supporting shipping, receiving, and eCommerce fulfillment activities Assisting with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Basic understanding of warehouse, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or similar operations is a plus No extensive experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attendance and punctuality Ability to perform physical work and handle merchandise safely Strong attention to detail Team-oriented attitude Basic computer and technology skills
Pay:
$12.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
