Cold Storage (32°F-45°F) Express Employment Professionals is hiring Cold Storage Warehouse Associates / Stackers for a busy food production and distribution facility in McAllen, TX. This role involves order picking, packing, stacking, and general warehouse production tasks in a refrigerated environment. The ideal candidate is able to repeatedly move materials up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working in cold temperatures. Job Duties Constantly lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. Pack, sort, label, and organize food or perishable products for shipment and storage Pick, stage, and assemble customer orders according to work instructions Stack and palletize products for distribution and shipping Transport materials between receiving, storage, and production areas Wrap and secure pallets for safe transport Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling Record and track inventory and shipment details accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety and food handling procedures Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required Comfortable working in a cold storage environment (32°F-45°F) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Cold storage facility with constant exposure to refrigerated temperatures Physically active role involving standing, lifting, stacking, and repetitive movement How to Apply For immediate consideration, please call 956-664-9675 and ask to speak with Andy, Jose or Karen. #McAllen
