This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who can generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and consistently close deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. While this position is designed for experienced sales professionals, exceptional candidates without direct automotive experience may be considered . A college degree does not require experience and results matter. $3,000 Signing Bonus The Payne Auto Group is pleased to offer a $3,000 signing bonus for qualified, experienced Sales Consultants. Paid as $1,000 commission enhancements per month Distributed over the first three (3) months of employment Payments are contingent upon active employment and good standing during each payout period

Bonus Details:
