Job Summary Join our dynamic team as Moving Labor, where your energy and strength will drive smooth transitions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of household or commercial items. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure a safe, efficient, and positive moving experience. Responsibilities Load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using appropriate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and cranes when necessary Safely handle materials during packing, unpacking, and transportation processes in accordance with OSHA standards Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and other mechanical tools to track inventory and shipments accurately Assist with order picking and shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely delivery of items Use heavy lifting techniques to move bulky or heavy items efficiently while maintaining safety protocols Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas and maintaining a clean workspace Collaborate with team members to load & unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or experience in construction or materials handling is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and order pickers is a plus Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and OSHA safety standards is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently and operate pallet jacks or other mechanical tools safely Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Valid certifications for forklift operation or crane use are desirable but not mandatory Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift Join us in creating seamless moving experiences by bringing your energy, expertise, and dedication!
