$20.00 - $23.00•Job Summary The Production & Warehouse Associate is responsible for assembling locks and components according to specifications while supporting warehouse operations through inventory replenishment, material handling, and stock organization. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality and productivity standards. This position operates within both Production and the warehouse environment and requires regular interaction with production personnel. The employee must be able to safely perform assembly and material replenishment duties while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Assembly Functions Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, or specifications. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns. Maintain accurate production and assembly records. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Warehouse & Replenishment Functions Replenish inventory to production, picking locations, and warehouse storage areas. Receive, move, and store materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (as certified). Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or discrepancies. Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Pull materials and prepare components needed for production schedules. Organize warehouse locations and maintain proper product labeling. Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices where applicable. Responsibility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, or a related field. Ability to read and understand work instructions and basic production documents. Basic math and inventory management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical Requirement Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to push, pull, and move materials safely. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
