Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Associate to join our growing packaging manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, preparing materials, and ensuring customer orders are produced accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate box-making and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Load paper and cardboard materials into machines. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Package and prepare orders for shipment. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Assist with machine setup and changeovers. Maintain an organized and clean work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Work with team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines. Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training available). Qualifications Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery. Ability to stand for extended periods. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required. Schedule Full-time position Monday through Thursday (3 day weekend) 6am-4:30pm (4 - 10's) Occasional overtime as needed Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Paid holidays.
