Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM What's the Job? Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment Assist in resolving operational issues to maximize team efficiency and performance What's Needed? At least 4 years of warehouse experience Experience in a supervisory or leadership role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Excellent verbal and written communication skills What's in it for me?
