Job Description

We're Hiring! Our key client is growing and adding a Material Handler I to their team.
Pay Rate:
Up to $18.50/hour, depending on experience.
Work Location:
Onsite - Monahans, TX 79756
Work Schedule:
8 days on, 2 days off or 8 days on, 3 days off
Duration:
6-month contract with possible extension/conversion based on performance and other factors.
Responsibilities:
The Material Handler I under direct supervision, safely and effectively supports the daily stockpoint operations through mixing liquid mud, loading bulk products, and shipping and receiving pallet materials for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety, and stockpoint efficiency. Checks material orders for proper quantities. Operates forklifts as required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to operate forklifts is required. A strong commitment to safety practices and protocols is essential. Ability to demonstrates a great work ethic, with a self-driven attitude towards continuous improvement. Ability to follow directions meticulously and avoid cutting corners. Possesses a non-combative personality, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment. Not afraid to ask for help when needed, ensuring clarity and understanding. Not afraid to SWA if there is a lack of understanding or safety concerns. Familiarity with machinery such as forklifts and air compressors is beneficial. Ability to work 12 hours or more in the challenging environment of the Permian Basin. Capable of lifting 50-pound sacks. VEVRAA Federal Contractor - priority referral of Protected Veterans requested.
