Warehouse Worker Job Description We are seeking part-time Fulfillment Specialists to join our team in Northlake, Texas. You will work in a micro-fulfillment environment within a climate-controlled facility, ensuring the smooth processing and shipping of orders for our Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Responsibilities Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers. Track all inbound and outbound items using RF scanning to maintain inventory accountability. Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris. Adhere to quality standards as set by management. Essential Skills Experience in packing, inventory management, picking, and packaging. Proficiency with RF scanners and material handling. Attention to detail and the ability to read and write in English. Willingness to work flexible shifts. Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Capability to perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
