Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals for an entry-level General Laborer position. This role involves hands-on, manual labor to support the production of concrete pipes and related products. While prior experience in construction or manufacturing is preferred, it is not required. Perform a variety of manual labor tasks to assist in the manufacturing of concrete pipes Support different departments as needed based on production demands Assist with concrete pouring, forming, and finishing processes Conduct general maintenance and cleaning of work areas, tools, and equipment Perform groundskeeping duties, including maintaining outdoor workspaces Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Entry-level position: no prior experience required Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and industrial environments Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
