Our commitment to immediate delivery has established us as a trusted MRO partner for thousands of customers. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and supporting our mission of outstanding customer service. Located Richland Hills, TX. Responsibilities Perform all processes of the main functions of the warehouse (receiving, production, picking, shipping, and cycle counting) with precision. Understand and follow all hazmat shipping policies and procedures. Load and unload LTL trucks. Process customer returns. Participate in cleaning schedule and perform all cleaning and maintenance duties with excellence. Use all warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner, using extreme care to maximize the useful life. Operate in a mindset of continuous improvement. Requirements Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols. Basic computer skills and basic math skills. Able to lift and move heavy boxes. Able to work in hot/cold conditions. Able to walk and stand most of the day. Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. MUST be able to pass a drug test and physical to begin employment.

SHIFT IS MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-5PM.

Must be able to arrive on time each day.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
